He holds Membership of Royal College of Surgeons, UK and also holds two subspecialty fellowships. He did his VitreoRetinal from King Edward Medical University. He did his Uveitis and IntraOcular Fellowship from Moran Eye Institute, USA. He is considered a pioneer in the field of Uveitis and one of very few US trained Uveitis Specialists in Pakistan.
He is also managing director of MedEast Hospital; a 45 bed multi-speciality hospital located in Lahore.
